By booking your appointment with 'the nail & beauty lounge', you are agreeing to all of our salon policies, terms and conditions.
Cancellation and no show policies -
We require a minimum of 24hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations with less that 24hours notice, will be charged 50% of your treatments booked and this must be paid within 48hours to secure your future bookings.
Any 'no shows' (i.e missing your appointment with no notice) will be charged 100% of your treatments booked and this must be paid within 48hours to secure your future bookings.
Booking fees -
All booking fees for required selected appointments or new customers are non-refundable. Should you not be able to make your appointment, booking fees can be transferred to a new booking providing 24hours notice is given in line with our Cancellation Policy.
Consultation forms and patch tests -
Your consultation form must be completed before booking any appointments with the nail & beauty lounge and you agree to notify us of any changes. Should you need to make any changes to your consultation form, please contact us directly. Patch tests will be required on selected treatments 24-48hours prior to your appointment and treatments cannot go ahead without one for all new clients and anyone who hasn't received said treatments with the nail & beauty lounge before (i.e NovaLash Eyelash Extensions, all tinting treatments or treatments that include tints such as The Brow Package and LVL Lash Lifts). Please contact the nail & beauty lounge directly to book any patch test appointments. Booking fees may be required for Patch Tests and are non-refundable in line with our cancellation and no show policies.
If you generally feel unwell, we ask that you postpone your appointment until you are well again.
As we work in such close proximity, even a common cold is easily passed on to your therapist and even those who enter the salon after your visit.
Please arrive to all appointments alone. We are unable to accommodate any guests with you at your appointments, including children. Upon arrival please knock on the salon door and wait to be welcomed in to the salon.
Please note - our time will be extremely limited. Please double check your bookings to ensure you have booked all treatments required correctly. Nicole is unable to take on any new clients or additional Saturday or evening clients past 5pm. Please only book a appointment to start 5pm onwards or on a Saturday if you were already having regular Saturday or evening appointments prior to March 2020. Saturday or evening appointments booked that are not authorised will be cancelled.
